Rules governing a LazyBar account from registration to closure
Effective framework: December 10, 2024. These Terms govern account creation, casino and sportsbook use, promotions, payments, verification and closure. Registration or continued use constitutes acceptance of the current terms. A player is responsible for checking legal eligibility in the place from which the service is accessed.
Eligibility and one-account rule
- The account holder must be at least 18 or the higher legal age that applies locally.
- Registration details must be complete, accurate and kept current.
- Only one account is permitted unless written approval states otherwise.
- The account must be used personally; sale, transfer or shared control is prohibited.
- Player-to-player transfers are not supported.

Deposits, withdrawals and ownership
A deposit or withdrawal method must belong to the registered account holder. The operator may return funds through the original route or another verified route where necessary. Bank transfers can involve additional provider time and fees. Crypto transfers require the correct asset, network and address; blockchain transactions cannot normally be reversed after broadcast.
Verification and source checks
Identity, address and payment ownership may be verified at registration, withdrawal or another risk-based point. Documents can include government ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, card or wallet evidence, and source-of-funds information. Withdrawals may be paused while checks are incomplete or inconsistent.
Bonus funds and wagering
Cash funds are used before bonus funds under the published balance logic. Promotions can specify a code, qualifying method, minimum deposit, maximum bonus, wagering, game contribution, stake cap and expiry. A withdrawal made before turnover is completed may remove the bonus and winnings generated from it. Abuse, coordinated play or manipulation can lead to cancellation and account review.
Game and sportsbook settlement
Game outcomes are recorded by the relevant platform and supplier systems. Sports markets are settled under published event and market rules; live markets can be suspended or repriced. Obvious errors, duplicate transactions and technical malfunctions may be corrected in accordance with the applicable rules and verified system records.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargeback abuse and use of stolen payment instruments.
- Automated play, exploitation of faults or circumvention of technical controls.
- False identity, forged documents or control of another person’s account.
- Bonus abuse through linked accounts, coordinated activity or prohibited strategies.
- Harassment, unlawful content or interference with platform security.
Suspension, closure and complaints
An account can be restricted or suspended to investigate security, verification, payment, regulatory or integrity concerns. A player may request closure through support, subject to settlement and legal retention duties. Complaints should identify the account, date, transaction or market, amount and requested outcome. Governing-law and dispute provisions in the live terms apply.
